About H+B Hightech

H+B Hightech GmbH is a metalworking company based in Adelmannsfelden and part of the Heine + Beisswenger Group, founded in 1901. The company manufactures complex metallic components and assemblies using state-of-the-art CNC-controlled turning and milling machines as well as 3D metal printing (laser powder bed fusion). Highly automated large-scale series production in line with Industry 4.0 enables an output of around 5 million parts per year, using approximately 10,000 t of raw material on 6,000 m² of production floor space. Manufacturing is complemented by technical engineering with design, reverse engineering and process simulation, by the automation of series production with robot cells, and by an in-house measuring and testing laboratory with materials analysis. Under the 3X3 product brand, the company also develops its own bicycle components such as gear hubs for e-bikes. Customers come, among others, from the automotive industry, the bicycle sector and facade construction.
