About H.G. RIDDER
H.G. RIDDER Automatisierungs-GmbH, based in Hamm/Westphalia, has been manufacturing 2D and 3D waterjet cutting systems under the WARICUT brand since 1991: from flatbed machines and high gantry systems for large components to the micro cutting machine WARICUT micro-max. In addition, the company produces energy-efficient high-pressure pumps and high-pressure waterjet cleaning systems for ablation, coating removal and cleaning, also as robotic solutions in blast booths. From the business field of automation and overhaul of machine tools, established since 1980, and special-purpose machine building, competencies arose in design, mechanical engineering, control engineering and software (WARICUT expert system, Waricam). The family-owned company manufactures the WARICUT systems completely at its own plant in Hamm; only a few components such as the Siemens Sinumerik 840Dsl control or spindles and guideways from Bosch Rexroth are purchased in. Customers come, among others, from tank and vessel construction, aerospace, the automotive industry as well as universities and research institutes; delivery is worldwide. The range of services is rounded off by laser measurement, mechanical machining, assemblies, service, spare parts and training.
