H+H Metallverarbeitung GmbH is a contract manufacturing company for metal processing based in Freystadt in Bavaria. Founded in 2004, the company produces assemblies and individual components for custom machinery and apparatus engineering as well as supplying tool-making and cutting machine manufacturers. The service portfolio includes 3D design, laser cutting and tube laser cutting, folding, bending and roll bending, welding, deburring and surface treatment. Parts are manufactured in steel, stainless steel and aluminium, including AlMg3. With a 5-kW flatbed laser (Trumpf TFL 32) with tube laser cutting attachment, special formats up to 4 x 2 m can be laser cut; cutting capacity reaches, depending on material, up to 25 mm steel, 20 mm stainless steel and 12 mm AlMg3. Welded assemblies are produced precisely on welding tables, including with pulse welders (Sabrom S3) and TIG welding units up to 300 amperes. The company, with 19 skilled workers, serves customers from prototypes to small and large series and is certified to ISO 9001:2015.
