H. Hermann Ehlers GmbH is a specialist wholesaler and system provider for flow measurement technology headquartered in Oyten near Bremen. The product range includes flow meters such as electromagnetic flow meters (MID), ultrasonic flow meters in clamp-on and inline versions, nutating disc meters, oval gear meters, paddle wheel and Woltman meters, turbine and variable-area flow meters as well as oscillating piston and shunt rotor meters. The range is complemented by valves (control valves, backflow prevention devices, shut-off valves, pinch valves), display electronics and dosing/filling controls, totalizing counters, heat meters as well as filters and pumps. First registration of the Ehlers company on 18 September 1865 by Hermann Heinrich Ehlers in the Bremen commercial register.

Johannes Ferdinand Ehlers takes over the company and runs it until his death in 1947.

Hermann Ehlers becomes a member of the CDH on 01.07.1950 (over 50 years of membership).
