About Hiendl
H. Hiendl GmbH & Co. KG manufactures custom plastic products and components using extrusion and injection molding in serial contract manufacturing. Materials processed include engineering plastics such as ABS, PA, PC and TPE as well as proprietary natural-fiber-reinforced compounds (NFC/WPC). The company develops and manufactures all tools in its own toolmaking shop: extrusion tools with up to four components, 1K/2K injection molds and punching dies. Additionally offered are inline post-processing, assembly of module groups, kitting, ultrasonic welding, material development, a testing laboratory and logistics management. Customers come from industries such as window, door and facade construction, electrical engineering, heating, mechanical and plant engineering, the construction industry, aviation and sports. Headquarters and production are located in Bogen in Lower Bavaria.

Quality and Certifications
Quality management is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 by DEKRA (certificate number 80621454/2). The in-house testing laboratory performs, among other things, tensile and fracture tests; a CNC coordinate measuring machine as well as REACh/RoHS conformity documentation ensure material conformity.
