H.-Hugo Brenschede GmbH is a wholesale company in Hamm, run in its fourth generation, with the business divisions Metals & Stainless Steel, Plumbing Technology and Fastening Technology. In the Metals division, the company offers steel, stainless steel and aluminium in the form of sheets, beams, bar steels, tubes and special profiles, supplemented by processing services such as laser/flame and saw cutting as well as assembly production. In addition, the company supplies a broad range of tube accessories, valves, fittings and flanges in steel and stainless steel as well as items for sanitary and heating installations made of copper, stainless steel, PVC and HT. On approximately 4,000 m² of storage space in the Hamm harbour area with four saws and crane systems, customer-specific material solutions are put together. Delivery is carried out with the company's own truck fleet throughout North Rhine-Westphalia and, supplementarily, via cooperation partners with delivery services. Since 2019 the company has also been active in e-commerce.

Company History
- 1905
Hugo Brenschede founded the business on Bahnhofstraße in Hamm; initially focused on trading in iron and steel products.
- 1945
After the Second World War, Wilhelm Hugo Brenschede continued to run the company and additionally established the trade in sanitary and heating articles.
- 1974
Relocation of the company headquarters from Hamm city centre to the harbour area of Hamm.
- 1979
Hans-Hugo Brenschede took over management after the death of Hugo Brenschede; expansion of the company premises and construction of two modern warehouse halls.
- 2000
Dirk Brenschede joined the company as the 4th generation.
- 2014
