Materials & Processes
Acrylic glass
Flexible, highly individual material with an elegant look, processed by CNC milling, laser cutting, bonding and annealing.
Green Cast (recycled plastic)
Elegant and shapely material, 100% made from recycled plastic and 100% recyclable.
Metal
Withstands high loads and upgrades displays; used as a material combination with plastic.
Wood
Offers warmth and a familiar look, excellent to work with and sustainable.
Cardboard
Cost-effective and flexible, complements the display in a lightweight and efficient way.
Screen printing
Stencil printing process for precise line weights and single-colour areas.
Digital UV direct printing
CMYK printing with UV curing, cost-effective even for small runs and simple motif changes.
Deep drawing (thermoforming)
Vacuum-assisted forming of heated plastic over a tool for precise, dimensionally stable results.
Bonding
Joining with reactive, solvent-based and UV adhesives; UV adhesives enable bubble-free bonds.
Thermal forming
Chamfering or bending of the plastic bending edge by means of a heating wire without great effort.
Annealing
Heat treatment to avoid stress cracking in plastic parts.
LED lighting
Type of lighting that gives the display a special touch.
