Tradition and Innovation from Ulm
H. Krieghoff GmbH is a family-owned company in its fifth generation, headquartered with its production in Ulm. The company manufactures hunting firearms and sporting shotguns, including break-action rifles, double rifles, drillings, combination guns, and the K-80 and K-20 sporting shotguns as well as the Semprio bolt-action rifle with an in-line repeating system. Manufacturing combines modern technology — highly precise five-axis machining centers, 3D-CAD design and Computer-Integrated Manufacturing — with masterful handcraftsmanship by gunsmiths, stock makers and engravers. Barrels and receivers are made of steel, stocks are made of walnut wood and oiled or lacquered; engravings with precious-metal inlays of gold and silver are created by hand. In addition to new production, the company offers gun service, Annual Service, and cross-manufacturer choke installation on computer-controlled machines. As a mid-sized manufacturer, Krieghoff supplies customers worldwide; more than half of its employees are themselves hunters or sport shooters.

Quality and Testing
Every firearm undergoes the mandatory official proof test; the gun service checks breech gap, engagement overlap, trigger rods, hammers and ejectors as well as wear of all individual parts. Choke installation is DEVA-tested; after servicing, a service certificate is issued.
