About H+L® Baustoffwerke
H+L® Baustoffwerke is a family-run company of the LECHNER Group, in existence since 1904, and produces solid precast concrete elements at its Glauchau plant (Saxony) and at its founding site in Uehlfeld (Bavaria). The portfolio includes storey-high wall elements made of reinforced concrete and lightweight concrete (including klimaPOR®, klimaVER®, DuplexTherm, with integrated thermal insulation composite WV+), prestressed concrete ceilings, full-prefabrication ceilings, element ceilings, precast element stairs, concrete blocks, fully solid reinforced concrete precast elements such as balconies, columns and beams, as well as precast chimneys of the ERLUS system up to 7.50 m in height. Production takes place in steel moulds using element construction; concrete and lightweight concrete are produced in the company's own mixing plants and tested in the concrete laboratory. As a system supplier, H+L also provides plant planning including precast statics, production and assembly planning (2D/3D), logistics and just-in-time assembly – a system shell for a single-family house is erected in about one week. Customers include architects, property developers, building owners, construction contractors and building material retailers; since 2007 the company has also delivered precast elements to Switzerland, Poland, Estonia, Latvia, England and Dubai.

Quality and Monitoring
Production is continuously monitored by H+L and by the certified third-party monitoring of the Güteschutz quality assurance system (material testing institutes of the concrete and precast plants of Bavaria/Saxony e.V.) as well as by external testing institutes. Concrete quality is ensured in the company's own concrete laboratory; the chimneys are officially approved by the German Institute for Building Technology (DIBt).
