H.L.R. Herbert Lagerin Rohstoffhandel GmbH is a certified waste management specialist (Entsorgungsfachbetrieb) with scrap yards in Mainz-Mombach and in the Dotzheim district of Wiesbaden. The company purchases scrap metal and ferrous scrap, and sorts, processes and trades in ferrous and non-ferrous metals such as copper, brass, aluminium and stainless steel. Its range of services includes scrap purchasing at the scrap yard without an appointment, on-site scrap collection, a container service with skip containers (5–10 m³) and roll-off containers (20 m³ and 38 m³), as well as disassembly, dismantling, demolition and gutting of industrial plants. Special waste such as catalytic converters, batteries and underground cables is also accepted. Customers include private individuals, commercial and industrial businesses, and large companies nationwide. The recycled metal is supplied as a raw material to production facilities worldwide. The company has three generations of experience in the purchasing, processing, sorting and trading of scrap metal and scrap, and is certified as a waste management specialist in accordance with § 56 KrWG.
