Milling is performed on modern CNC milling machines in the 2–5-axis range, including 3D and 5-axis simultaneous machining; on a 5-axis machining center G350 with the PSS-R15 pallet round storage system, parts are produced automatically. In turning, chuck parts up to Ø 340 mm, bar parts up to Ø 70 mm and parts between centers are produced on machines with up to 4 axes (C+Y) and driven tools. Production covers raw part procurement, coordination of external processes such as hardening, grinding, EDM and surface finishing, as well as assembly of assemblies, jig and apparatus construction. Customers come from toolmaking, mechanical and plant engineering, automation technology, automotive supply industry, medical technology, printing industry and sewer cleaning. Prototypes, small series and series runs are produced in common materials and special materials such as Inconel, titanium and composite materials.
