H & N Maschinenbau OHG from Brackenheim is a supplier for CNC machining with the core processes CNC milling (2–5 axes, 3D and 5-axis simultaneous) and CNC turning up to 4 axes (C+Y) with driven tools. Prototypes, small series and series parts are manufactured from steel, castings, aluminium, stainless steel as well as special materials such as Inconel, titanium, composite materials and high-strength, corrosion-resistant steels. Machining is carried out on modern CNC turning and milling machines, partly in only one or two setups; Open Mind hyper MILL is used as the CAM system. The G350 milling machine with the PSS-R15 pallet round storage system enables automated production; chuck parts up to Ø 340 mm and bar turning up to Ø 70 mm are possible. In addition to individual parts, the company offers assembly group mounting, jig and apparatus construction, smaller special machines as well as repairs and spare parts manufacturing. External operations such as hardening, grinding, EDM or surface finishing are handled by a partner network – from raw part procurement to the finished component.
