H.O.Persiehl is a Hanseatic family business with 175 years of tradition and develops and produces customized packaging solutions: folding cartons, labels and multipacks for the tobacco, food, cosmetics, consumer goods and beverage industries. Production encompasses prepress with PDF workflow, color management and an in-house plate setter as well as printing processes such as sheet-fed offset (up to 8 colors plus coatings), sheet-fed gravure, UV sheet-fed offset, flexographic printing, screen printing, digital printing and web label printing. Materials are board, paper and plastic; finishing options include hot and cold foil, embossing, scent and UV coatings as well as lenticular technology with up to 17 image phases. At the sites in Norderstedt, Versmold, Wanfried and Gostyń (Poland), there are a total of 140 printing units in large and medium format; converting is performed by die-cutting and folding with a die-cutting and folding tolerance of 1.0 mm. The range of services is complemented by the subsidiaries Kolbe-Coloco (specialty printing, promotional materials, PoS) and WB Verpackungen (beverage packaging, multipacks).
