About us
H & P Kunststofftechnik GmbH was founded in Stemwede in 1993 and specializes in polyurethane processing. The company foams semi-finished products and finished parts to customer specifications from four foam families: flexible foam (14–300 kg/m³), flexible integral skin foam (220–600 kg/m³, Shore A 10–90°), rigid integral skin foam (220–900 kg/m³, Shore D 35–85°) and rigid foam (35–120 kg/m³) for upholstery, housings and insulation. Twelve foaming machines at one site are used with high-pressure, low-pressure and piston metering systems — from small batches to high volumes. On request, tested flame-retardant PUR systems are offered for applications with elevated fire protection requirements. Toolmaking is carried out in cooperation with long-standing partners. Customers come from the furniture and automotive industries, rail vehicle manufacturing and the construction industry. The company is part of the WTM-Group.
