About H&S Kabeltechnik

H&S Kabeltechnik GmbH has been developing and manufacturing customer-specific cable assemblies, wiring harnesses, connector connections as well as lambda sensor technology and glow plugs since 2006 at its site in Enzenkirchen (Austria). Production covers cable cutting, crimping (cross-sections 0.03–240 mm², from 0.04 mm² to 35 mm² by machine), soldering, assembly in push-in, screw and insulation displacement connection technology, printing, subassembly manufacturing as well as hotmelt overmolding in a low-pressure process for sensitive components such as PCBs and relays. Copper wires with PVC, PUR and SIL sheaths, flat cables and hotmelt plastic are processed; prototypes are produced by 3D printing. Sensor cables are produced by the 100% subsidiary PEMAC Kábeltechnika Kft. in Nagymányok (Hungary), whose plant was expanded in 2021 from 3,500 m² to 6,800 m². Up to 10 million meters of cable are processed annually, and several thousand products are shipped worldwide every day. Customer industries include heating and heat pump technology, electronics, machinery and plant engineering, medical technology, elevator and rail technology, automation as well as catering and kitchen technology.
