H+S Systemtechnik GmbH is a master company for heating and sanitary systems based in Düren-Birkesdorf. The family business, founded in 1987 as a sole proprietorship, offers planning and installation of heating and sanitary systems, including condensing technology, underfloor heating, heat pumps, solar systems and room ventilation. In the sanitary sector, the company carries out bathroom renovations as well as the design and installation of bathrooms in new buildings. Its range of services includes consultation, planning and professional on-site installation. After relocating from Düren city centre to an operating building in the Distelrather Straße industrial estate, the company has large warehouse areas for spare parts stockpiling. The sister company Lambertz GmbH is located at the same site, with 600 sqm of exhibition space and 600 sqm of promotional space for the heating and sanitary sector.
