About Schönenberger Messer
H. Schönenberger GmbH is a family-owned company founded in 1964 and based in Deizisau near Stuttgart, manufacturing steel and carbide knives for industrial production systems. The product portfolio includes cutting rotors, cutting bars, granulator knives for underwater pelletizing, cutting mill knives, feed rolls, planar knives, three-knife trimmers, trimmer knives, rotary cutting knives, book spine milling cutters as well as circular knives and cross-cut knives for the paper industry. Production is carried out on CNC machining and grinding machines from tool steel, powder steel, carbide, Stellite, ceramics and polycrystalline diamond; feed rolls are produced including roll cores and rubber coverings made of Perbunan, polyurethane and elastomer. Manufacturing to drawing, sketch or sample as well as OEM original equipment are part of the standard offering. The program is complemented by a service for grinding carbide knives and maintaining cutting rotors. With two production sites, around 30,000 knives and cutting rotors per year and 43 representatives worldwide, the company supplies customers around the globe.
