H. Schoppe & Schultz GmbH & Co. KG develops and produces instant beverages in Ratzeburg as private-label products as well as under the traditional SCHO brand. The portfolio includes cocoa-containing drink powders and drinking chocolates, coffee- and tea-containing drink powders such as chai and matcha tea, fruit beverages and iced teas, toppings as well as coffee creamer for vending, HoReCa, coffee roasters, coffee shops and food retail. Production comprises mixing, spray drying and agglomeration of the drink powders as well as filling into pillow bags, sticks, sachets, tins, folding cartons, sacks and big bags. As a full-service provider, the company supports customers from concept development and recipe composition through packaging selection and production to quality assurance, distribution and logistics; more than 150 different recipes are produced. Upon request, Fairtrade, organic and Rainforest Alliance certified products are created. Since 2003, the company has been part of the cooperatively organised Uelzena Group; products are delivered worldwide.
