Haarige Kuh Brauerei (The Hairy Cow Brewing Co.) is an independent, privately run craft brewery located in Interlaken, Switzerland. Founded in 2015, it was inspired by the craft beer scene in the USA and Great Britain as well as a passion for beer. The range covers a broad spectrum of beers, from IPAs to Sours, including limited editions. The beers are produced unfiltered, unpasteurised and unfined in order to preserve aromas, texture and flavour to the maximum. The focus is on quality and drinkability of the beers.
