Haas Werkzeugmaschinen GmbH has been on the market since 1985 and for over 35 years has been the authorized HEIDENHAIN representative with certified service for Baden-Württemberg. The family-owned company in Villingen-Schwenningen sells machine tools, metrology and control technology, including length gauges, angle gauges, rotary encoders, touch probes, probing systems, TNC controls and position displays. Its own certified repair shop repairs electronic devices such as length gauges and 3-D touch probes on a daily basis, including scales up to 3 m total length. Further services include machine and laser calibration with laser interferometer and cross-grid measuring device, control retrofit, field service, exchange unit service, automation solutions, training, and sales of filament 3D printers including carbon-fiber-reinforced plastics. Partners are HEIDENHAIN, OPS INGERSOLL, M-TEC and Pfiffner; the company is a sustaining member of the VDWF and a HEIDENHAIN training partner. In 2024, the Reutlingen and Villingen-Schwenningen locations were consolidated.
