Haase Armaturen Service GmbH (HAS), based in Cottbus, is a specialised service provider for the maintenance, repair and testing of industrial valves. Its core competence lies in the overhaul and refurbishment of manual valves, control valves, safety valves, actuated valves and special valves with nominal sizes from DN 6 to DN 1000 and nominal pressures up to PN 600. The scope of services includes disassembly, cleaning and damage assessment, the manufacture of spare parts in the in-house machine shop, lapping of sealing surfaces, NDT testing as well as function and leak tests including complete documentation. In addition, the company offers mobile on-site testing of safety valves and control valves directly at the plant, as well as steam trap testing by visual, thermal and ultrasonic inspection. Customers come mainly from the energy and power plant sector, the chemical industry, and biomass and CHP plants; references include LEAG, Uniper, Saale Energie, Danpower and Trevira. A 24-hour emergency service, a mobile workshop van for on-site service and an extensive gasket and parts supply programme round off the offering. Since 2019, HAS has been certified to ISO 14001:2015 and as a certified specialist company under the WHG (Water Resources Act).
