About HAASTECHNIK
HAASTECHNIK GmbH is a family-owned company headquartered in Kappelrodeck in the Black Forest, founded in 2004 by Norbert and André Haas. Its range of services covers the production of short pipes, filter pipes and pipe-formed parts, welded assemblies as well as machining by turning, milling and grinding, including large turned parts up to 800 mm in diameter. The core of production is in-house developed machines and processes, including a self-developed plasma welding system for longitudinal seam pipe production and a self-developed laser welding system. The products are used, among other things, in exhaust systems, heat exchangers, boilers, combustion chambers and as filter pipes, mainly in exhaust gas aftertreatment for commercial vehicles, but also in energy technology, marine applications, building services and turbine technology. The company produces from single-part and prototype production to highly automated large-scale series, and also handles assembly of modules, design engineering and special machine development. In 2019 the company moved into an expandable, sustainably designed new building in Kappelrodeck.
