Haberland Zerspanungstechnik GmbH is a contract manufacturing company (machining) based in Melle, Lower Saxony. For over 30 years, the company has been active in the field of machining technology and, as a full-service supplier, manufactures roll bodies, precision turned parts and CNC-milled parts for industrial customers. On a production area of 10,000 m², the company operates around 70 CNC machines, including lathes with Y-axis, vertical lathes, turn-mill centers, and 4- and 5-axis machining centers. In turning, functional turned parts from 10 to 2000 mm in diameter and lengths up to 8000 mm are produced; in milling, modern CNC machining centers up to 5-axis simultaneous machining are used. Thanks to the breadth of its machine fleet, production parts can be supplied in almost any dimension and batch size. Customers include companies from mechanical engineering, plant engineering and machine tool construction.
