Hackbarth Kunststoffverarbeitung has been planning, building and maintaining medium and large industrial plants made of thermoplastic plastics since 1994. The range of services includes engineering and design, plastic apparatus and tank construction, pipework as well as industrial assembly, service work and retrofits – including on plants from other manufacturers. In an assembly hall of more than 900 m², the company manufactures pickling and electroplating plants, apparatus and tanks, flue gas scrubbers and complex pipework. The machinery includes CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, welding extruders and butt welding machines for plates and pipes. Customers come from the chemical industry, the steel industry and the food industry; reference projects include, among others, plants for Aceralia, MMK, TPCO/CMI and Hyundai/CMI. If requested, the finished plant components are transported and installed worldwide with the in-house team and proven logistics and assembly partners.
