- 1987
Founding of H.P. Hädener Chemische Rohstoffe by Hans-Peter Hädener; distribution of technical chemicals, pharmaceutical excipients and additives for the food industry in Switzerland.
- 1997
Vasco Savio joins as a partner; conversion into a general partnership at the same location.
- 2001
First certification according to the Swiss Organic Ordinance and Bio Suisse.
- 2010
Share of raw and additive materials for the food industry rises to 70% of total revenue; after the death of Hans-Peter Hädener, conversion into a GmbH, Vasco Savio takes over management.

Karl-Ernst Jansener, David Pierre and Haitao Zhou join as shareholders; Germany and Austria become new sales markets.
