Fan technology from Hägele

Hägele GmbH, headquartered in Schorndorf, develops and manufactures switchable reversible fans under the Cleanfix brand that automatically clean the radiators and cooling packages of tractors, harvesting machines, excavators, wheel loaders, forestry and industrial machines. At the push of a button, the fan reverses the airflow direction, blowing dirt out of the radiator while the machine keeps running; the blade pitch can be adapted to the cooling demand via Variable Pitch or the electronically controlled PulsTronic variant. The company manufactures main components in-house, offers retrofit kits for more than 5,000 converted machines, and provides OEM development partnerships covering measurement, simulation and 3D printing through to the prototype. In addition to the Schorndorf headquarters, Hägele operates development and manufacturing sites in North America and Turkey, supplying machine manufacturers such as AGCO (FENDT, VALTRA), CNH, John Deere, JCB, Komatsu, Mercedes-Benz, CLAAS and Volvo.
