Manufacturing for special machinery since 1998
Hähner Metallverarbeitung GmbH is a manufacturing company founded in 1998 in Niederfischbach, serving the special machinery sector as well as machine and plant engineering. The company manufactures parts and assemblies to customer specifications – from individual parts and prototypes through to series production. The value chain includes laser cutting with a TRUMPF system up to 3,000 × 1,500 mm, bending with bend lengths up to 4,000 mm, welding (MAG, manual electrode, TIG) with assemblies up to 8,000 mm in length and 12 t unit weight, and CNC machining on boring mills (TOS WHN 13) and machining centres (MAS MCV) with Heidenhain controls. Materials include structural steel, stainless steel and aluminium. In-house wet painting rounds off the process from blanking to coated, inspected assembly. Customer drawings and technical requirements are processed with short internal coordination paths between the production departments.
