About Hänggli Thermoplast AG
Hänggli Thermoplast AG is a Swiss family business from Niedergösgen, founded in 1958 by Willy Hänggli Senior and one of the first Swiss companies to process plastics by injection moulding. The company manufactures technical injection-moulded parts from thermoplastics and produces the required moulds in its own toolmaking department. On 7400 m², 41 injection moulding machines with clamping forces of 25 to 250 t produce components with shot weights from 0.1 g to 800 g. 50 employees work in production, toolmaking, project management and administration. In addition to series production, experienced project managers support customers from the feasibility analysis through mould manufacture to sampling; afterwards, finishing work such as assembly and specific packaging is possible. Customers are supplied primarily from the electrical and mechanical engineering, medical technology and construction sectors.
