About Hänsler Medical
Hänsler Medical GmbH, based in Iffezheim, develops and produces ozone therapy systems under the OZONOSAN brand for medical ozone-oxygen therapy. The company traces back to Dr. Joachim Hänsler, who developed the first ozone generator for medical purposes in 1958. The product portfolio includes ozone generators (alphaplus, boardcase, photonik, cytozon, gamma), the OZONOSAN water ozonization vessel, and specially matched consumables made from allergy-free and ozone-resistant materials. A central quality feature of the generators is continuous photometric concentration measurement with automatic calibration, independent of environmental influences such as humidity, temperature and air pressure. The devices are developed and produced exclusively in Germany; sales are made only to commercial customers such as physicians and medical practices, particularly in sports medicine. The offering is complemented by the Hänsler Medical Academy with seminars and workshops as well as consulting by medical device consultants.
