Häring GmbH & Co. KG Kunststofftechnik is a medium-sized family-owned company based in Eslarn in the Upper Palatinate. The company manufactures technical plastic parts using the injection molding process on twelve injection molding machines with clamping forces of 15 to 200 tonnes; component weights range from one gram to 570 grams. Nearly all common raw materials such as ABS, PC, PE, PP, SAN and PA are processed, including individual coloration as well as additives (e.g. UV, VO) and fillers such as glass fiber. In addition to injection molding production, the company offers surface finishing through painting on a flat painting line as well as multi-color screen and pad printing. An in-house small toolmaking department, complemented by regional toolmakers, adds to the value chain. Customers come from the toy, food technology, electronics and automotive industries – from gears to screw caps to center armrests.
