Who we are
Founded in 1947, häuselmann metall GmbH is a Swiss trading and processing company for non-ferrous semi-finished products and corrosion-resistant steels. The product range includes aluminium (sheets, plates, profiles, bars, tubes, colour-coated aluminium), copper, brass and bronze in various alloys as well as stainless steel flat and long products. As contract work in-house, metals are cut, sawn, turned and deburred; sheets and strips are cut to size on shears, and bronze flange bushes and rings are pre- or finish-turned up to 1300 mm in diameter. In addition, the company offers castings to drawing (continuous or centrifugal casting including pattern making) and customer-specific Nordic products made of copper and copper alloys for façades and roofs in the architectural sector. The offer is complemented by warehousing, picking, assembly/configuration, logistics and a 24-hour delivery service. Customers come from all over Switzerland and neighbouring countries – from sole proprietorships to large corporations – from industries such as metal construction, architecture, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, building services, refrigeration and air-conditioning technology, as well as medical and technical gases.
