HÄUSER Metall- und Vorrichtungsbau is a sole proprietorship based in Biebertal (Hesse) with over 40 years of experience as a manufacturer of individual parts, small series, prototypes, tools and fixtures. On 375 m² of production space, the company produces complex workpieces and components from single-part to series production, among other things on 5-axis and 3-axis machining centers as well as through CNC turning, grinding, EDM, laser and waterjet cutting, and welding. Common materials such as aluminum, tool steel, stainless steel (VA), brass, copper and plastics are processed. In addition, the company offers its own design services including control and automation technology, assembly and disassembly of components and assemblies, as well as reworking, heat treatment and surface technology (anodizing, electroplating, hard coating, powder coating, painting). Customers come from optics, automotive supply industry, plant engineering, mechanical engineering, the packaging industry as well as railway and industrial technology. Quality control is carried out internally with measuring technology and detailed measurement reports.
