Haflex Maschinenbau GmbH, based in Trier, specializes in the development, manufacture and distribution of tube winding machines. These machines enable fast and economical production of flexible metal tubes (flex tubes) – made from aluminium for air conditioning and ventilation systems, from stainless steel for exhaust and chimney flue pipes, and from other metals for special applications. In addition to the machines, HAFLEX supplies the matching precision pre-corrugated strip material made of aluminium, stainless steel and other metals. The compactly designed machines allow quick changeovers between diameters and materials on the same system and, in principle, location-independent production – in a warehouse, workshop or factory, mobile in a vehicle, or directly on the construction site.
