About Hager & Meisinger
Hager & Meisinger GmbH develops and manufactures rotating instruments for dental and medical technology. The product range comprises around 12,000 products: diamond instruments, carbide burs and cutters, steel instruments, ceramic grinders, elastic polishers, endodontic systems as well as dental implants and specialty instruments for surgery/implantology. Series production of rotating instruments takes place at the headquarters in Neuss on high-tech machines with minimal tolerances, in some cases at the limit of technical manufacturability. Materials include, in addition to stainless steel and steel, in particular carbide (tungsten carbide), diamond, ceramic and zirconium oxide; in the implant sector also titanium and PEEK. The main business areas are dentistry and surgery/implantology; parts of the portfolio are adapted for the jewellery and cosmetics sectors. Around 45 million individual instruments are produced each year at the Neuss site, distributed via around 600 trading partners in 100 countries.
