About Hailo Wind Systems

Hailo Wind Systems manufactures professional access and climbing technology for wind turbines: ladder-guided service lifts (TOPlift+), rope-guided service lifts (GLOBALlift+), aluminium climbing ladder systems, fall arrest systems, climbing aids (E-Lift), climbing platforms (C-Lift), mobile work platforms and tower equipment. Production takes place in its own production and service centers on four continents with more than 40,000 m² of office and production space. As a spin-off of the Hailo Professional-Wind business unit of the parent company Hailo – the inventor of the aluminium ladder in Europe – ladder systems are made from aluminium, steel and stainless steel, including special solutions such as nacelle ladders, heated self-de-icing rungs and LED-illuminated stringers. In addition, the company offers assembly and commissioning onshore and offshore, maintenance, general overhauls, retrofit, winch ring exchange, authorized inspector inspections as well as more than 30 certified safety trainings at the Safety And Rescue Academy (S.A.R.A.). The headquarters is located in Haiger (Kalteiche-Ring 18) in the district of Siegen-Wittgenstein; further locations exist in the USA, Brazil, China, India and Turkey.
