The Hainhölzer Dental-Werkstatt GmbH (hadewe) is a company based in Hanover with more than 50 years of experience in contract production for customers. The company manufactures devices according to the standards for medical devices, machinery or low voltage – from development through the production of precision parts to assembly and inspection, all in its own plant in Hanover. The CNC machine park (machining centers, drilling centers, turning automatons and lathes from Mikron, Fadal, Brother, EMCO, Spinner and Okuma) produces milled parts with travel paths up to 600x500x540 mm and turned parts up to 120 mm in diameter. The specialty is medium, small and zero series as well as sample parts; series of 200 to 5,000 pieces, devices in small series from 10 pieces. In addition to contract manufacturing, hadewe develops and produces its own foot care devices (extraction and spray devices) for medical technology, foot care/podology and mechanical engineering. All processes are carried out according to DIN EN ISO 13485, whose quality management system has been maintained since 1998.
