About us
Halag Chemie AG develops, produces and distributes cleaning and disinfecting agents for operational hygiene with a focus on the food industry and the pharmaceutical industry. At its headquarters in Aadorf in Eastern Switzerland, development and consulting teams work alongside modern production facilities to create individual hygiene zone and cleaning solutions for manufacturing companies. In addition to chemical products, the offering also includes dosing and service items such as dosing pumps, suction lances, foam devices, measuring beakers and dispensers. Through its competence center Halag Services, the company provides expert advice on personnel and operational hygiene, safety and hygiene training, hygiene and safety audits, monitoring of cleaning systems, laboratory analyses for concentration determination, chemical-microbiological controls and residue analyses, as well as application technology services such as commissioning and dosing technology. Equipment manufacturers (OEM) are supported with hygienic design, material compatibility and cleaning cycles. Halag was founded in 1970 and has been part of the fenaco Group since 1993.
