HALEX WEISSENBURG GmbH specialises in the development, conception and manufacturing of extrusion press tools, extrusion dies and press equipment. The complete programme covers tool dimensions from 114 mm to 1,100 mm, regardless of the geometry of the aluminium profiles to be produced. Development, design, engineering and programming are carried out 100 percent in-house and are not outsourced; the service offering includes support and process optimisation even after tool manufacturing, including on-site support at the customer's premises. The company manufactures from one-offs to large volumes and is active in aluminium processing, whereby hot aluminium is pressed at constant pressure through the press tools. As a subsidiary of the Canadian Exco Technologies Limited, HALEX serves industries such as automotive, electromobility, industrial electronics, construction, medical technology, transport and hydraulics. The customer base extends worldwide, from globally operating corporations to small and medium-sized enterprises.
