Hamburg Holsteinische Bierbotschaft

About us

The Hamburg Holsteinische Bierbotschaft is a sole proprietorship of Marco Hurtig, beer ambassador IHK and home brewer IHK, with a P.O. box address in Prisdorf (Pinneberg district). The business offers beer seminars and tasting evenings with rotating thematic focuses; brewing courses, including on-site at the customer's premises, are in planning. The central offering is the CraftBeerMobil, a rolling craft-beer pub based on the “Tap & Tent” principle with three draft towers, each with four taps, and a retractable tent integrated into the roof (6 x 6 m up to 6 x 12 m, space for at least 80 people). The vehicle can be rented, among other things for private and corporate celebrations. In addition, the owner advises pubs and restaurants on adding craft beer to their menu, on pairing beer and food, and on selecting suitable beer glasses. The regional focus is on Hamburg and Holstein; craft breweries from the region are the primary focus.
