About the working group
The Hand in Handwerker working group is an association of eight master businesses from the Dingolfing-Landau district that offers turnkey construction, conversions, renovation and refurbishment from a single source. The range covers structural construction (single-family and multi-family houses, commercial buildings), carpentry and timber construction with roof structures and exposed roof trusses, metalwork for sheet-metal roofs and facade cladding, building services with heat pumps, solar and pellet systems, electrical installation including photovoltaics and switchgear cabinet construction, joinery for windows, doors and interior fittings, painting and varnishing work with full thermal insulation, as well as garden and landscaping. The businesses create cross-trade installation and time schedules and jointly coordinate the workflows. Materials processed include bricks, wood, gypsum, copper, titanium zinc, stainless steel and color-coated aluminum. The association is coordinated by Hess Bau GmbH in Reisbach/Griesbach; reference projects range from single-family homes to multi-family houses and the Deutsche Post delivery hub in Dingolfing.
