About Hanke + Seidel
Hanke + Seidel is a family business founded in 1948, now in its fourth generation, based in Steinhagen in East Westphalia and active in the field of chemicals. The company fills chemicals and specialities into packages, produces toll blends and fills formulations, and distributes acids, alkalis, hygiene products, solvents and raw materials for the food industry. Services include preparing aqueous solutions of acids and alkalis at customer-specific concentrations as well as producing liquid products according to customer formulations, also with flammable solvents, in batch sizes from 5 kg to several tonnes. Filling is carried out into containers ranging from the 1-litre bottle to the road tanker, complemented by palletising, order picking and transport. With its own vehicle fleet, its own laboratory, a Regulatory Affairs department and the Steinhagen and Steinfurt-Borghorst locations, the company supplies around 3,000 customers, including from the food and feed industry as well as water treatment.
