The Hannoversche Kartonagenfabrik is a medium-sized family company based in Hannover-Anderten, founded on 1 March 1958. The company produces packaging made from cardboard, solid board and corrugated board: from simple shipping cartons and telescoping boxes to offset-printed folding cartons, laminated displays, die-cut packaging, corrugated inserts as well as displays and stand-up figures with a high proportion of manual work. Printing is done by offset, flexo, screen and digital printing (small runs); finishing options include film lamination, embossing, hot foil stamping, UV coating and window patching. In addition, contract work such as die-cutting, gluing and laminating, stitching, riveting and eyeletting as well as assembly work including full service up to shipping is carried out. The offering is complemented by packaging development, warehousing and just-in-time/kanban supply; customers are served throughout Europe. Sustainable solutions such as folding cartons made from grass cardboard with up to 75% lower CO₂ emissions round off the portfolio.
