About Brunner Chocolate Moulds
Hans Brunner GmbH develops and manufactures high-precision chocolate moulds for producers of fine chocolate creations as well as for plant manufacturers in the chocolate industry. The portfolio includes custom industrial moulds precisely matched to customers' production systems, standard moulds, and custom solutions in very small series based on the Chocividual concept under the Brunner artisan brand. The offering is complemented by the EASYCUPS frame system, which enables chocolatiers to produce their own chocolate semi-finished products. The moulds are made from food-grade plastic at a single location in Germany, from the initial idea through product development to the finished mould. Quality management is continuously certified by TÜV. Customers include renowned producers from industry and craft, including the Jungfraubahnen, for whom casting moulds for chocolate bars and the Eigerspitzli speciality were produced. The company ships worldwide and has existed since 1935.
