About Hans Bücker GmbH
Hans Bücker GmbH was founded in 1949 and specialises in the manufacture of contact material for the electrical industry. The company produces contacts for contactors, elevators, forklifts and cranes as well as current, collector, neutral and equipotential bonding busbars for rail vehicles, transformers, switchgear, instrument transformers and rectifiers. Production takes place on CNC machines (including a CNC punching machine and CNC nibbler) and conventionally, complemented by welding, soldering, riveting and in-house toolmaking for presses. Materials processed include copper, brass, steel and stainless steel; stamped and sheet-metal parts are manufactured up to 6 mm material thickness. Since 1985 the company has operated its own electroplating facility for tinning, nickel plating, silver plating and zinc plating, and also offers the reconditioning of used contacts and copper busbars. Production is carried out to drawing, sketch or sample – from prototype manufacture and small quantities through to series production with volume and call-off contracts. The location is Bochum-Wattenscheid.
