Craftsmanship
Hans D. Krieger manufactures fine jewellery in its own atelier in Idar-Oberstein. The workshop unites all steps of jewellery production under one roof: an in-house foundry based on proprietary gold alloys, diamond and gemstone cutting, goldsmithing with laser and CAD milling technology, gemstone setting, and polishing. The raw materials consist of recycled gold and gold from responsible sources; the authenticity and natural origin of every diamond is verified before processing. The design process begins with hand drawings and digital studies and follows defined principles of proportion and balance. Characteristic collections are Altura, Icon, Signature and Editions; rings, earrings, necklaces, pendants, bracelets and bangles are produced in 750 gold with diamonds and coloured gemstones.
