Hans Hellbeck Maschinenbau GmbH is a family-owned contract manufacturing company founded in 1958. On more than 5,000 m² of production space, the company manufactures components in small, medium and large production runs. Its range of services includes CNC turning, CNC milling with horizontal and vertical milling machines, CNC grinding and honing to achieve defined surface roughness, balancing, and broaching, including a keyway broaching machine for special sizes. Since 2010, Hellbeck Montagetechnik GmbH has extended the offering with the machining and assembly of components and assemblies. Its customers include Claas, one of the world's leading agricultural machinery manufacturers, which awarded the company Supplier of the Year in the Quality category. Production is carried out in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001; turning machinists are trained in-house.
