About us
Hans Klein Werkzeugmaschinen-Handel GmbH, based in Bühl-Weitenung, has been trading in used machine tools for more than 50 years and offers around 200 to 300 fully functional, mostly ready-to-demo machines on approximately 4,000 m² of warehouse space. The main programme includes CNC and conventional press brakes, machining centers, bending and sheet metal working machines, drilling machines, drilling mills, lathes, milling machines and honing machines, as well as saws, shears and grinding machines from German and European manufacturers such as ABA, ALZMETALL, DMG, ELB, HERMLE, HURON, KASTO, LVD, MIKRON, PEDDINGHAUS, TOS, WEILER and WMW. The company was founded in 1967 by Hans Klein as a turning shop, jig and mould making business, and from 1973 transformed into a pure trading house. Advice and support are provided individually and in multiple languages (including German, English, French, Spanish). The location is near the A5, around 10 km from Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden Airport.

Hans Klein founds the company 'Hans Klein Dreherei – Vorrichtungsbau – Formenbau' (turning shop – jig making – mould making) on 70 m² of his parents' home.
- 1969
Groundbreaking at the new company location: production hall with office building on 500 m², commercial site of 6,000 m².
- 1972
Start of trading in used machine tools alongside production.
- 1973/74
Intensification of trading activities, discontinuation of production.

Conversion of the sole proprietorship into a GmbH.

Construction of a new warehouse hall with 1,600 m² and a crane capacity of 20 t.

Enlargement of the office building.
