About Hans Mattis GmbH

Hans Mattis GmbH is a contract manufacturer in Lohr am Main producing CNC turned and milled parts and assemblies for the precision, apparatus and mechanical engineering sectors according to customers' design specifications. Manufacturing capabilities include CNC milling up to 5000 mm part length, CNC turning up to 1500 mm diameter, CNC grinding, honing and superfinishing (surface finishes below Rz1), drilling/deep drilling/reaming as well as welding using UP, MIG/MAG, TIG with cold wire feed and spot welding. In addition, stress-relief annealing, sandblasting, deburring, cleaning, sheet metal working and final assembly of complex assemblies are offered. Materials are steel, stainless steel and aluminium; workpieces range from one-offs to large series of over 100,000 units. Customers come from rail and vehicle technology, plastics engineering, the glass industry, mechanical engineering, hydraulics, press construction, renewable energies and power plant technology. Production takes place exclusively at the Lohr a. Main headquarters on approximately 25,000 m² of company premises with around 5,600 m² of production space.
