HANSA-FLEX develops and manufactures hydraulic power units as drive units for hydraulic systems. The units consist of components such as motors, tanks, pumps and valves and are individually tailored to customer requirements – as one-off production from lot size 1 as well as in series production. The scope of services includes project planning and consulting on dimensioning and component selection, engineering with 3D models, assembly drawings and circuit diagrams, assembly with functional testing, on-site commissioning, and maintenance at defined intervals as well as repair of power units, assemblies and systems. Special units are also manufactured, for example for hydraulic steel structures or for potentially explosive areas (ATEX), including risk assessment and documentation in accordance with the EC Machinery Directive. The company is represented worldwide with branches and serves industries such as hydraulic steel construction, mechanical and plant engineering and beyond.
