Fine delicacies from the sea

Hanseatic Delifood GmbH distributes fine food products made from fish and seafood under the Stührk Delikatessen brand. In its own manufactory and smokehouse in Schenefeld, salmon and salmon trout are filleted, traditionally salted by hand and smoked with alder and beech wood; for gravad-style specialties, the salmon sides are cured in marinade for several days. The raw material comes from MSC-certified wild salmon fisheries in Alaska as well as from responsible Norwegian aquaculture and is processed under organic certification (DE-ÖKO-044). The range includes smoked salmon, salmon trout and wild salmon, flame-smoked salmon, Stremel and back fillet, caviar (keta, trout, lumpfish roe), marinades, delicacies such as shrimp and herring dishes as well as jarred sauces. The products are aimed at grocery retail and delicatessen trade in the German market; caviar is distributed via the sales partner Lemberg.
